Updating GP Premium

Hi, I have a question about updating. I bought almost a year ago, and now I would like to renew my license. But I have a couple of sites on which I set everything up and would not want to touch anything (including updating). Will the old version of the plugin work on them (will the old key be relevant)

The old versions will still work but we still highly recommend updating.
Your site shouldn't change at all during updates.
