Hello,

I am having an issue with woocommerce blocks, when trying to update I get a JSON error, I have updated php, asked my hosting to check all is well

Does anyone know of a potential problem?

Thanks

Stuart

Hi there,

any issues being displayed in Dashboard > Tools > Site Health ?

deafault theme, 1 inactive plugin, only part of your site using https (although this one should be fixed now as I removed simple ssl plugin and hosting updated)

Thanks for the help David

My hosting has come up with a fix by changing the editor to classic, so I've at least got control of updating products for now

Apparently it's an issue with the editor blocks in the non-classic editor?

Not had any reports of an issue with the Woocommerce Blocks. Have you asked on the plugin support forum ?

No but I can do

Is it only an issue when using the Woo Blocks plugin?

Yes - the products plugins especially

Hi.

I get the same error when importing the site "Niche" from the Library in Wordpress multisite. Something I can see is that when Niche is imported, the Guttenberg plugin is also imported, and I don't know if that is part of the problem.

I just created a new page 'GP Support test page' - i added a featured product block and published.
I then updated the page twice each time adding a paragraph and a new woo block.

Each time the page updated without any errors.

Is there a particular post type of action that triggers the problem?
Have you tried a different browser ?

Mine occurs with hand-picked products from woocommerce, only tried on chrome so far

Thanks for reviewing and testing. Indeed now lets save the content, and I have not adjusted anything, I can simply do it. I don't know what the reason was.
