Updating Failed in Elements Error

I have been having a rough time seeing my changes for the past two days, and now I am getting an error when designing in Elements that says "Updating Error". Perhaps there is an issue preventing my changes from being applied? Any ideas?

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
