Updates via MainWP seem to mess up site

Hi

Recently, I can't say exactly when, I've found that various plugin updates via MainWP have started to leave some sites broken, that is missing (404) LiteSpeed cache css files, so I need a login and do a cache purge.

I'd like to blame LiteSpeed or MainWP, but the only sites affected are ones using GeneratePress theme, so has something changed in the last couple or so months as most of these sites are well over a year old and had no problems before?
