Updated Date in Custom Page Header

Hi,
I have a simple custom global page header for all my posts. I'd like to display the 'last updated' date as opposed to the original post date. Is this possible?

Yep, that's solved it! I was totally expecting a snippet would be the solution, not straightforward CSS.
