updated and page view is now too wide to see right side of page editor

I updated to 3.0.2 and 1.12.3. When I went in to edit a page, the columns and blocks were no longer scrunched thin like before to fit the page, with the settings bar on the right. They were full size with extra margin side to side. I could see only the left portion of the page, and the settings bar was lost far to the right. No scroll button on the bottom to scroll to the right.
To see the settings bar on the right, I either had to move half the screen off the left side of the desktop and greatly widen the window, or use the command-minus buttons to shrink the window content so small I could barely read it.
How do I fix this? Thanks.

Hi there,
can you resupply the password as the one provided isn't working for me.
Can do. Sorry, I think I wrote the wrong username. Try this one.
Hi there,
The editor is mostly handled by WordPress itself so it shouldn't be a GP issue.
This is what I'm seeing which looks normal:

Is that not what you are seeing?
Can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

It's behaving now. The columns are scruched like they used to be and I can see the whole width of the edit page in my window. Huh. What did you do? Maybe you just touched it and Shazam! it righted itself!
Thanks. May you have a good 2021! I'll call this problem closed now.

Glad to hear :)
