Hi,
I just updated woocommerce and I can't put the store page with three product Columns. It contains only one column.
Thanks
Hi there,
Any chance you can link us to the site in question?
You can edit the original topic and use the private URL field.
Let me know :)
I'm sorry, I do not understand you
My website is under maintenance
We would really need to see the issue live to be able to determine the cause.
Any chance you can make it live so we can see?
I would also recommend disabling all plugins except GP premium and WooCommerce to eliminate conflicts from elsewhere.
Let me know :)
Hi Leo,
I have disabled all plugins except GP premium, and still cannot customize my WooCommerce with GP.
I have also tried removing woocommerce and installing it again and it still doesn't work.
How could you help me?, I give you the key of my wordpress for private?
Let me know,
Thanks
Carolina

Just checked "Tienda" page and everything looks normal:

I can't customize it with GP

Hi Leo,
Try to hide the header, main navigation and the title on the store page.
And also try to put the products in three columns or two for example...doesn't work
Thank you,
Carolina
Try to hide the header, main navigation and the title on the store page.
You would need to create a layout element for that:

And also try to put the products in three columns or two for example…doesn’t work
I actually tested that with the customizer option and it worked for me:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/woocommerce-overview/#shop
Thanks, I will do it!
"I actually tested that with the customizer option and it worked for me"
For me it does not work...
Thank you very much for everything Leo
Did you try the Customizer option with all other plugins disabled?
When I tested it there were no other plugins.
I just tried to log in again but the credentials are no longer working.
Good evening Leo!
I have been able to solve both problems thanks to your help.
Thank you very much for your time and efficiency.
Take care,
Carolina
No problem :)
