Update to GP Premium V. 1.2.92 conflict with another plugin

Hi I updated to GP Premium V. 1.2.92 today and it disabled another plugin, Pricing Deals Pro for WooCommerce. I cannot create new discount rules or edit existing ones after the GP Premium update. I need both plugins. Is there something that can be done to resolve this conflict? Thanks.
Celito
Hi Celito,
I doubt this version of GP Premium would cause any issues like that - most of the fixes were purely cosmetic and inside the Customizer.
What happens when you try to create a new discount rule? Any specifics on what's not working? What if you disable GP Premium?
I disabled all plugins to isolate the conflicting plugin and found that the GP Premium plug in was causing it. The pricing deals plugin was totally disabled. I cannot do any updates, and some features were no longer visible. I deleted the updated GP Premium and reinstalled the previous version. There was no problem with that. As soon as I updated, to 1.2.92, the problem recurred.
I have consulted the pricing deals plug-in developer and they have no idea. Here's their exact quote, "Logically, I'd think it likely it's only a problem in the wp-admin dashboard, and not in execution. What you're describing sounds like an incorrectly initiated WP resource (JS, I'd think) in the other plugin.
What I did is to deactivate GP Premium and do work on the discount rules and as soon as these are updated, reactvate GP Premium. It's a bit messy but I can live with this as long as the discount rules work when there's a valid purchase.
Thank you for the update. Please allow us some time to dig a little deeper into this.
Ok, so if it's still happening with only GP Premium activated, the next step is to find which add-on is causing it.
Go to "Appearance > GeneratePress" and deactivate your active add-ons one by one until the issue goes away.
Hi Tom,
Thank you for the advice. I did as told and the problem disappeared when the Page Header add-on was deactivated. All other add-ons are activated. For my purposes, this is not critical if this is the only reason, unless there's cause for serious concern, although I do not think so. Thank you once again.
No problem - interesting though, nothing in the back-end of Page Header changed in this update. I would be interested in finding out what was causing the conflict.
Hi,
I have a similar kind of problem with the GP Premium update.
Folder can not be created. gp premium / backgrounds / functions.
I removed the GP folder premium and the new installed. I get the same message, I have a similar problem with the child or GP Premium update.
I hope you have a solution.
Sincerely,

That sounds like this issue: https://generatepress.com/forums/topic/failure-to-update-gp-premium-version-1-2-92
If it's not on localhost, make sure all of the files are owned by the user that "owns" WordPress on the server. Your hosting/server support should be able to make sure all of the owners/permissions are correct.
I have disabled all add-ons. Still have the same problem with a GP Premium Update
Yes !!!
The problem is solved!! I have the good update now inside.
Sorry, I thought it worked. the same problem
This topic wasn't an issue with updating - it was an issue with a plugin while using the latest version.
