Update to 1.6.1 fails

Cannot update GP Premium:
"Aktualisierung fehlgeschlagen: Verzeichnis konnte nicht angelegt werden. gp-premium/library/image-processing-queue/includes"
"Update failed: directory could not be created. gp premium / library / image-processing-queue / includes"
