Update killed my project management site?

I updated my project management plugin, plus your theme today.

Now I just have the shortcode showing and no project management?

The project plugin IS working, if I access it via the dashboard menu, but it's no longer working on the page it should be. My clients should be able to login on that page, or if logged in be able to see their projects.

Is this some permission thing? Have you changed the way the theme works with shortcodes?

I've written to the plugin maker to see if the issue is their end but I've never known such an error; looks like it's not actually loading the section at all?
