The license the shows GOOD checkmark, clicking on update cause some activity, but ver stays same.
Screnshot below shows Plugin area failure.
Update Failed: Download failed. Unauthorized
From my acct, not the cust acct, I downloaded gp-premium-1.3.zip file and tried to manually update.
I got:
Downloading update...
Download failed. Unauthorized
