Unwanted Widget Shows On Live Webpage, But Not While Logged In as WP Admin

Hi, I created a widget with a button which is appearing in the Top bar of this webpage, https://marsha3xservices.com/services/, and I want to remove this widget. However, when I go to this same page while logged into WordPress as the administrator to Customize this page, the widget in the top bar is not showing up.
I would like to show some screenshots that show this, but not sure how to upload them here.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
Make sure to activate the parent theme if you are using a child theme as well.

Well, oddly enough, it seems like the issue has actually somehow resolved itself apparently. When I review all the web pages of the website both on a browser and on my iPhone/iPad, I do not see the widget there showing up anymore like it was. I also don't see it when logging into the back end either. Maybe it just took a while for the website to refresh itself I guess.
I'll keep an eye on things though and will submit a new support ticket if I have any other issues.

Sounds like a caching issue to me.
