[Support request] unwanted margin

There is an unwanted margin area at the bottom of my new Header Element on the home page. It is showing on my mobile phone view but not in the customizer panel mobile view. How do I eliminate that unwanted margin?

I’ve attached a screenshot of the issue and the website having the issue.

Hi there,

i am not able to replicate the issue, it looks as thought the image in the slider is not “tall” enough to fill the height of slider for that screen size.

I am not sure what slider you’re using , but maybe there is a forced full screen option in its settings that may fix it ?
