Is there a way to tidy up my html?

When i view my source code it looks like a load of codes and numbers or crammed together. When I look at various other sites using wordpress there’s seems neater.

Smart passive income is an example of a site that has neat html.

    How are they doing this?

    Do i need a plugin?

I’m not criticising the theme, sorry if it comes across like that.

    Thankyou

Ps. I priginally posted a link to another site to view code but took it

    Hi there,

it sounds like you’re using a cache plugin that is ‘minimizing’ the HTML for improved performance. That function would remove the white space from your Source, hence the big wall of code.

So they won’t be using a cache plugin?

    This recommended

It just means they have not minimized their HTML – its usually an option within a caches settings.
We don’t do that on https://generatepress.com either.
