unknow content display before loading the site

before loading the website, for a quick second, a page with content tree displays. I happens very quick which I cannot find out where it is coming from. could you please help with this.

Any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?

thanks for getting back to me quickly. It seems to be with the Autoptimize plugin. do you know how I can solve the problem? :)
We are using Autopimize as well.
Can you use the suggested settings here?
