Unhiding blog titles

Hi there,
There used to be an icon that looked like an eye and it appeared next to the post title when editing a blog post. This could be used to hide or unhide the title in posts. I don’t see that now. I used that icon previously to hide titles on my blogs. I want to unhide the titles that are hidden now. How do I do that? Please provide the instructions, step by step. Thanks!!!

In pages/posts, the option can be found here: https://share.getcloudapp.com/2Num268E
The title can also be hidden if you have it set to disable in a Page Hero - Block Element or a Layout Element.
To check for Elements active on a post, you can hover on Elements in the admin bar: https://share.getcloudapp.com/L1uXz6EA
Then, check if there is a Page Hero - Block Element or a Layout Element disabling the title.
