Understanding Typography

Hi, guys!

I am trying to understand Typography.

First, what fonts does the system stack consist of under Typography > Body?

Second, when I see the word inherit, is the particular property inheriting from the system stack?

Third, if I want to replace the first font in the stack with Montserrat, what is the easiest way to do that?

In other words, I want to keep everything just the way you have it, except I want the site-wide font (content) to be Montserrat.

And then I will change H2 to another font.
