    Hi,

I noticed that when I use the <u>services</u> in text fields the highlighted underline shows up in the elementor editor but not on the website, although it used to just a few days ago. I have tried replacing the text, adjusting the size of the text and so on – I was able to get it to show up once on the website but when I checked again it was gone. Thoughts?? Thanks.

    Hi there,

    Can you do this first?

    That’s done.

The underline shows up on this page https://www.trademarkinteriors.com/wine-cellar-nj/ but not this page https://www.trademarkinteriors.com/nj-kitchen-remodeling/ The same word “services” are underlined in both pages.

Can you check if there are any HTML mistake in the one that’s not working?

Here is the one that’s working and it’s only highlighting the word Service:

The one that’s not working is highlighting more than just one word:

I’m not sure if Elementor is doing something weird but you could test in WordPress’ default editor is the test above fails.

For the one that’s not working, I replaced the heading, here’s what the html looks like – still not displaying though.

Hmm I’m not sure if the <br/> tag is supposed to have a space before the slash?

What if you just copy the HTML from the working one on to this page?

Unfortunately you will need to do some testing and go through your HTML carefully and try to identify the issue as this isn’t a theme related issue.

Maybe a site like this would help as well?

It appears the <br> tag was missing – that corrected the issue!
