Unable to Use "Site Themes"

In my original post I said I have no problem reaching the "get started" section.

However when I click this section it will not allow me to activate the theme. When I select "Get Started" there is no option for me to activate the theme. Instead it gives me these two options "Preview" and "back up options". Selecting “back up options” downloads a json file for the template.

Sorry about that - thought I saw you say the Get Started button was greyed out.
