So I just logged in and took a look. I was able to click the Get Started button inside Pivot: https://www.screencast.com/t/wM0Q3tC4Ot

Hey Tom,

In my original post I said I have no problem reaching the “get started” section.

However when I click this section it will not allow me to activate the theme. When I select “Get Started” there is no option for me to activate the theme. Instead it gives me these two options “Preview” and “back up options”. Selecting “back up options” downloads a json file for the template.

Sorry about that – thought I saw you say the Get Started button was greyed out.

So once you back up the options, the next button will say “Import Options”, which is also working on your site: https://www.screencast.com/t/rlVI7aH3VCfy
