Unable to use Elementor Pro templates with GeneratePress

I would like to use templates in Elementor Pro; but when I create a page, it keeps using my default theme style for Generatepress
*please see the green borders:https://theaustineditor.com/test
This is coming from the default theme style. I have un-checked both "Disable Default Fonts" and "Disable Default Colors" in Wordpress. The green color on the sides (which you will see here: https://theaustineditor.com/test/) seems to be set as the page background and I cannot remove it via Page Settings - Style Tab.
Hi there,
you can set the Pagebuilder Container to Full Width:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/
This will remove theme padding and set the container to 100% wide. You can then size it etc in the pagebuilder
You can use the Layout Element to this to.

Thanks.
It would seem I can set the container width to a value from 700 to 2,000. But "full width" is not an option.
Please refer to the screenshot:
Any ideas?
The page builder container David is referring to is in the layout metabox of each page in the Edit Page screen:
https://docs.generatepress.com/article/page-builder-container/
If you need the full width layout for all pages, then you can create a layout element for it:

Wow, SO much functionality here!
Thanks for explaining this guys. I think I got it now... Gonna have to overhaul all my existing pages. Doing the GP +Elementor Pro combo may not have been the smartest idea but oh well.
Have a great week!

No problem :)
