Unable to Use Customiser

Hello,
I hope you are well;
I was adding pages to my existing website, all pages were completed and was wanting to style the pages using the customiser, when clicking on this all I was presented with was a page with the column but no settings and no site preview?
I have tried disabling plugins/ clearing cache without success.
Can you please offer any guidance

Hi David, sorry about the delay in getting back to you, I have been pulled in other directions.
I did ask my hosting provider and the sent me the following
"Your hosting package has 2GB of RAM that is shared across all of your sites.
You will also have a WP_MEMORY_LIMIT and a WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT. These will limit how much of the server memory the site is able to use."
Would you recommend I increase the available memory and if so by how much would you suggest.

Depending on the number of plugins and size of the site - this will vary.
At the very minimum we recommend a PHP Memory limit of 128meg. Which is sufficient for most builds.
However i personally have a minimum of 256mg and as much as 768mg ( which is my default settings that i downgrade if i see no issues with that ).
