Unable to remove content title

Hello!
We've tried everything and cannot remove the content title from pages on this site such as: http://staging.dawningdigital.com/mobilepitstop/services/performance/
On the regular WP page backend, the content title checkbox is selected but unclickable in the disable elements area.
Hi there,
that content title is being displayed in a Header Element, which disables the default the content title.
Go to Appearance > Elements and edit: Global Page Headers
You can either delete the header element entirely or set its Displays to exclude pages you don't require it on. More info on Header Elements here:
