Unable to publish customization in wordpress via generatepress theme editor

Dear Sir,
today i bought your gp premium in 49.95$. i uploaded premium themes in my wordpress. and activate one premium theme.
but i am unable to publish or save my customization in my selected theme. there is not publish button showing in generatepress editor. please help me as soon as poosible.

Hi there,
Are you referring to the customizer?
If so any chance you can disable all plugins except GP Premium to eliminate conflicts from other plugins first?
