Unable to insert content after featured image via hook

Per the directions I saw in this forum, I created a hook to insert content after the featured image using the "after_entry_header" hook but it displays above the featured image instead. I tried all of the hook options and none of them successfully insert the content below the featured image.

Try after_entry_header with priority 15.
