Unable to insert ads into post via any plugin (using ad inserter for now)

I have tried everything. Cleared cache. Deleted cache plugin and folder.
Also tried different adsense plugin but of no help.
And then my dev inspected deep and said its something with the theme.
Can you help me with this?
