[Support request] Unable to Import “Explore” Generatepress Theme Library

Hey there,

I hope you’re doing well. I have a travel site with around 10 posts, and I’m trying to import “Explore” GP theme library. Even when I import demo content and theme options, my home page still looks basic. It doesn’t inherit any of the customizations, and the home page looks pretty basic.

I also don’t want to lose SEO because my articles have started ranking in Google. Is there a way to import all the settings of the library in question (with all the customizations like blocks and images) — I’ll delete the demo content no problem.

For now, I’ve removed the imported site and stuck to basic GP library that you get by default.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Akash,

I just tried importing Explore on my testing site and it works as expected.

Can you give it another try?

During the importing process, can you try right click > inspect and check the console tab in the developer tool?

If there’s any specific error, please share the error message with us.
