[Resolved] Unable to import demo site

I was working on changing my site’s design so I install WordPress on xampp & install generatepress. While using the site importer only the logo of the theme was imported nothing else. Why this happened or I missed something?

make sure you have no other plugins or caches enabled ( including server caches ) when you import the site.

my demo import is not working, kindly help to resolve this issue.
tomorrow i used the demo import its perfectly working and demo is also installed.
but today its working. and in my new website i cant see the option of demo import.
