Unable to import content from the library

Hello, I had originally bought your WordPress theme for my second site, unfortunately since this morning, my first site that uses another theme is completely broken, even reloading backups when the site was working properly.
In short, I decided to replace the WordPress theme with yours to solve the problem, I have all the pages and articles to redo. That's not the problem, to save time, I wanted to load from your library the theme "Dispatch". Unfortunately, the import only works halfway, I only have half of the content that imports correctly. I had the same problem with my second site that I started creating a few days ago and I had contacted your support to solve the problem. Your colleague had managed to properly install "Dispatch" manually from the site, and I would like to know if it was possible to do it again.

I logged in and tried to import, didn’t work neither.
Can you try disable all your plugins except GP Premium then try to import again?
If it still doesn’t work, can you do the further debugging in the below article?

I uninstalled all the plugins except "GP Premium", I tried to install "Dispatch" again, it didn't work.
I searched for "wp-config.php", but I didn't find it, is it right here?
WP Admin -> Appaerance -> Theme editor?

Do you have any hosting or server-level caching activated?
