Jetpack site accelerator was enabled on the site.
I have turned this off and also disabled lazy load to see if this will rectify the issue.
Also removed the logo, just to see if I can get to the bottom of the issue.
I did this “If you open the Site in Chrome, right click and inspect the page and go to the Network tab in the developer tools, in the top bar you will see Disable Cache – check that, and beside it switch from Online to Slow 3G. Now refresh the page so you can see the CLS.”
Could see the logo had issue loading but the sidebar “top reviews” seemed to load ok.
