Unable to edit h4, h5 & h6 fonts..
Also unable to update the Yoast Premium plugin, when I tried to add the plugin, its dashboard layout broke, and was unable to perform any operations on it.
I think the gp premium plugin has some problems, can you set all the code to default ...

That's strange.
My sandbox site is using the latest version of GeneratePress(3.0.3), GP Premium (2.0.2) Yoast (16.2).
If the issue was with GP Premium then my site should've gotten its dashboard layout broken as well but it's working fine on my end.
I didn't encounter any these issues at all.
Can you try disabling ALL plugins except GP Premium and Yoast and try to update Yoast again to see if the issue still occurs?
I am not talking about gp premium plugin, I am talking about gp premium plugin installed on my site, please check my site is having several errors, ie.
1. Unable to edit h4, h5 & h6 fonts because h1,h2 & h3 headings & some features are missing under topography section.
2. Unable to perform caching, check screenshot https://ibb.co/TwQJbYW ( these plugins are uninstalled, still errors can be seen in page speed test)
Have you tried my suggestion in the previous reply? It's a necessary step to debugging.
We have to know if it's caused by another plugin.
If you simply want to reinstall GP Premium, go to Accounts > Download and download a copy from there.

You then delete the current installation of GP Premium on your site and upload the plugin file you've just downloaded.

For this one, you don't seem to have the Typography module enabled.
That one is easily solved by Activating the Typography Module on Appearance > GeneratePress

But for the other issue where the Dashboard Layout breaks, I don't think that's GP Premium related.

This isn't related to the typography issue and/or Yoast.
