Unable to edit blocks

I find it hard to edit blocks, when I move to the next Header, the whole block is locked.
p/s: This is a clean / latest install.

I did use block navigation.
I mean I couldn't edit the text, when i select the Header, it seems like whole header is selected and there is no text cursor and no inputs when I tried typing.

are you still having the issue?
Couple of things to be mindful of:
1. Gutenberg editor still have some quirks when selecting blocks, sometimes it requires a little patience for the editor to catch up.
2. Theres the Edit and Select options for the cursor - see here in the nav bar:

I have experienced on occasion the editor getting mixed up with what option is selected.
In general a refresh of the page normally sorts it out.
