Unable to change password in Generate.support

Hi, I lost the password to generate.support and if I'm trying to reset my password after giving my email id it is not sending me any emails. Tried many times but didn't receive any email message with instructions on how to reset your password. What can I do?
I'm still facing the problem. I'm not receiving any emails to reset my password.
