Unable to change logo on Mobile/tablet view

On the desktop view, I removed the logo and now it's just displaying the site title as desired.
on mobile and tablet mode, it's displaying a default logo for the layout I chose (Horizon). Even when I upload a random pic as a dummy logo, it changes it as normal on desktop view, but it still remains the default placeholder Horizon logo on mobile views. Whats going on ?
