Unable to change homepage header

Hi,

I have the following issue.
I built the homepage with Elementor and added a background image.
Now I want to change the image but if I click on the section's background it seems like there is no background set. Here is a screenshot

I already set another background from Customize -> Background images but it doesn't show.
I want to be able to change it from Customize.

Any ideas how can I fix this?

Hi there,

This image is definitely set by Elementor: https://contentprimer.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/office-3295556_640.jpg

I think you have to select the entire element instead of only the text part to make it sure. If not please check with their support.

All of your content are done by Elementor so GP's background add-on won't actually work for them.
