Unable to change colors of the content links

Yes indeed it set to Publish

I have tried disabling all non gp plugins and the problems persisted. Also changed the theme to twenty twenty but then there isn't an option for changing colors of the links.

Can you provide us with an Admin Login to the site so we can take a closer look?

I have a feeling that this is some sort of caching or optimization issue from the hosting or server level.
Can you check with them first?

This is unlikely a theme issue - we have not had any other reports on this.
