unable to activate my license, errors in inspect screenshot attached

Is this a fresh install without any other plugins installed and activated?

Are you able to activate any of the modules?

Let me know :)

1. it is a fresh install. but on the same domain i just installed
2. i talked to my hosting. 3 hours later it works but I also added the url manually from manage license page.
how does the manage license work?
