[Support request] Unable to access website, prompts “Download” file?

When I opened my site automatically a file downloads? I did not do anything It’s the second time and I lost my traffic. It happened when I am using generate press.

The theme itself can’t cause issues like this. I would recommend checking with your hosting support first if it happens again.
