Typography settings for body

Under typography for the body section, I have selected Palotino Linotype,size 16, font weight 800. But when I input anything it does not appear to be that font or that size. Wonder if I don't understand what "body" means. The h1 seems to be OK. What am I doing wrong? Here is my test page.
