Typography set in customizer not applying to Elementor

Hello! I've set Elementor to apply the default typography settings from my theme. It appears to be doing this, however it is applying the same font weight across all text (main content, h1, h2, etc). I have set the font weight to 700 in the customizer, however it loads font weight of 300 which is what is set for main content.
I think i just found the problem, but please let me know if there is a better way to handle this. In Siteground's Optimizer it has a setting for combining CSS.
"Combine multiple CSS files into one to lower the number of requests your site generates. Exclude from CSS Combination"
I excluded this:
/themes/generatepress/style.min.css
Which seemed to fix the issue. Is this the best way?

Yeah Site Ground Optimizer seems to always cause issues like that.
