can you temporarily disable ALL plugins except GP Premium and then retry.

Hi there,
you need to check for Plugin conflicts by temporarily disabling ALL other plugins aside from GP Premium.
In addition – please permanently remove the Gutenberg plugin. It is in constant Beta version and has lots of bugs. It should only be used by Developers to test new features.
