Typography in Customizer

The Typography customizer panel looks different in one of my sites that uses GP Pro than the others.

The dynamic typography system was introduced in GP 3.1.

The new install would have the dynamic typography activated by default and there isn't a way to downgrade to the old typography system.
This is because the dynamic typography system is a whole lot better than the previous system.
Nevermind! The one I don't have the option on is using the new system. I get it now. Thanks!
