Two menu problems

It seems to be working for me, you just need to tweak the height value a little more.

Thank you Tom. I tried in other browsers in it works, but not in Safari. Is there any other way to do this so it can work in Safari? Besides that, I have a Table of Contents plugin with the exact same problem when I click the links to the IDs, and I can't find a way to make the smooth class work there :(.

And about the other question that Leo answered, the problem of the size of the navigation bar, it is still blocked when it turns to mobile menu, so I can't click on the "hamburger".

Looks like you can set an offset value (menu height), and should work on all links.
