Two Menu Icons duplicated showing on mobile only

1. On the mobile there are two hamburgers menu, I'd like to remove this : =Menu
2. How to switch the order of user icon (account) as shown in screenshot?
3. There's a big gap between shopping cart icon and the next icon, how can I solve this?

Hi there,
can you clear any caches on the site ? And if that fails then disable the caches temporarily.
There's no cache plugin on site and I only can clear browser cache. I disabled cache in wp_config at the moment but it's still the same.
Ok so you have a different Child Theme stylesheet on the UK and Canadian versions (?)

On the right you can see the } in the Canadian style sheet that is missing from the UK style sheet.
So you need to fix that error in the UK styles.
