[Resolved] Two Images Appear on the Product Page

A little while ago I translated the hook elements with the WMPL plugin. The two images have appeared on the product page. So I deleted the translations but the duplicate images remained as you can see in the link below https://vininaturalionline.com/prodotto/le-fole-campania-aglianico-igp-2016-cantina-giardino/

Could you help me, please?
