Two Column Post

Hi David,
How to write two Column Post in Gutenberg, Means one column I want to use for Table of content and another one for posts ??

Not exactly sure I can picture what you are after but you could try the Columns block from Gutenberg or the Grid blocks from GenerateBlocks which allows you to have full control over the columns and containers inside:
