Twitter Follow Button Next to Author Name

Hello

I was wondering if there was a way (hooks/filters/etc) to show Twitter follow button next to author name in single posts. Example: https://ibb.co/dQWSHpy

I tried searching the forum but couldn't find a relevant topic.

Any pointers would be of great help.

Leo, I have a custom function which gives me a shortcode. Let's call it [tw_username].

Could you please help me place it next to author name in single posts?
