Turn off or Hide Author, Category, Date, Breadcrumb

Hi 😊
I’ve been stuck on this for a while now and can’t seem to find any straight answers on the topics.
Is there any way to hide or turn off the following so it doesn’t show on posts?
Author
Category
Date
Breadcrumb
Can’t see anything in the theme that I an adjust without screwing the code up and want to try do all this without using additional plugins.

Author, category and date can be turned off in the customizer:

Breadcrumb isn't a default theme element so it would need to be handled differently. How are you adding it?
