Trying to understand what GP can and can't do

Hello,
I've reach a point where i've many additions and changes on my theme's and blocks' code. Now i'm onto the building the pages part. I'd like to use as few extra plugins as possible and that's why i've spent a lot of effort on making some functionalities on my own.
I'm trying to create a tabs or carousel section on my website and i cannot find anything on the GP Blocks or on the Template Library. I also checked the Site Library you have and i can't find anything similar to what i want to produce.
I've searched your forums and read a bit your docu but haven't found what i'm looking for.
Could you please let me know where i can read/see how exactly GP works and what it can and cannot do? It doesn't matter if it will dozens of pages, i need fully to understand what it is capable of in order to proceed accordingly.

I visited https://www.siteground.com/ but not exactly sure what you are referring to with the "review container".
The question of "what can GP do" is a bit vague for me to answer as it totally depends on your comfort level with some custom coding.
I will say that as for now, GP & GB don't have tabs or carousel options built-in so I would that your best bet is to find a plugin that works best for your need.

Let's say you want to guide someone to learn the full capabilities of GP. What would you suggest him to do apart from reading the docu?

Bu the best thing is to ask questions in support if there is something specific you require.
So lets deal with the testimonial carousel.
As that is content you will add in the post editor - you will need a plugin for that. There are plenty to choose from on the wp.org repository.
A simple rule of thumb, if you are adding content in the post editor then it is not theme related, the Theme will only provide the templates and the styles but no the actual content. Thats is where plugins like GenerateBlocks or other specific plugins like your testimonials come into play.
