[Support request] Trying to figure this out and struggling badly

Hello, so I am trying to organise my blog’s look and feel but I’m having a hard time working out the theme. I originally had a fairly simple static page set up as my homepage, this page was created using thrive architect which I find pretty easy to use. I then decided to import a site from the library to give my blog a fresher, more professional feel. Now I am stuck trying to work out how to use the site I have installed as it uses different methods for building pages than the way I had it before. Im not going to lie I’m struggling with this. I didn’t think it would be so difficult to achieve the look I want. Ive installed the Avery theme, it uses generate blocks, but I don’t know what that is. Any advice on this would be great thanks. Without knowing what difficulties you are running into, we can not really help much.
