Trying change content width and display rule for front page but it is didnt work

Can you make sure the layout element is published, then can you disable your cache plugin so i can take a look at why its not working.

Can you try this instead.
In the Customizer - set the Container Width to the size you want your Front Page to be.
Then in Layout Element set the width for the Entire Site and exclude the Front Page.

So instead of changing the front page size, we're changing everything but the front page.
